Intertek assumes no responsibility for production quality control and does not relieve the applicant of their obligations in this respect. Information provided in the Green Leaf Mark, related Certificate, and Testing Reports is proprietary to Intertek. Intertek reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Mark and related documentation where Program requirements are no longer met or where the Mark is used inconsistently with Program rules.
